The merger of Geek Housecalls and Boston Teks created our new company – Tech Help Boston.  What does that mean to me as a Geek Housecalls client?

HomeTech Support Club Plans

Will my HomeTech Support Club Plan be honored in the new company?

Absolutely!  The terms of your Plan will remain in place until the next renewal with no change in monthly cost, included support time or services bundled.  After your current term expires you will automatically be enrolled in the equivalent Concierge Plan.

Concierge Plans

What is a Concierge Plan?

Basically, this is an updated version of our Lifetime Member program only with more benefits.  To see the details of the plans, click Concierge Plans.

Technicians

Will I still be able to have my regular technician take care of my systems?

Absolutely!  All of the Geek Housecalls techicians are part of the Tech Help Boston family.  In addition, we have more staff to accommodate your busy schedule.
